Tongue flap & neck surgery tomorrow. Any tips on recovery?

I go in tomorrow for tongue flap surgery plus neck done as well. Since I was diagnosed 4 weeks and after biopsy the cancer seems to have spread a lot on my tongue.

Can anyone advise how long recovery was and how is speaking

Hi, just wondering how you got on with surgery and what the last few years have looked like for you as we have my dad’s surgery in 2 weeks and I’m honestly terrified.
