It sounds like you're waiting to hear more about your diagnosis - hopefully it won't be too much longer to wait for that as I'm sure the uncertainty is only making things more difficult. When you hear more, you should also get an idea of any next steps involved, which should help in terms of providing some expectation and understanding of what's next.

At any point do discuss any concerns or questions you have with your doctor as necessary.

Try to take things one day at a time and keep looking after yourself. We're always here for support if you need it.

I was diagnosed last week and in a similar position 

I just have my appointment for the consultation for the wider area operation and lymph nodes 

it is scary I totally feel the same

Hi Lynn I'm so sorry to hear that you have skin cancer aswell how did the wider operation and lymph nodes goes how do you feel now did you have to have any lymph nodes removed?
