Absolutely terrified, diagnosed with bowel & ovarian cancer

Unfortunately I've found out I have bowel cancer and ovarian cancer and it's a possibility it's spread to my liver.

The hospital can't tell me what chemotherapy I will be having until my pet scan comes back.

so much stuff going through my head right now a lot of what ifs :(

I cannot image the worry your experiencing. Im so sorry you're going through that, terrifying. Sending you a huge hug, one step at a time. Breathing exercises are helpful for some, youtube has lots of good relaxation resources. Sorry I can't be more help! ( I have breast clinic Thursday (prediagnosis) and I've really struggled to manage my anxiety however I honestly cannot imagine how you must feeling! Sending you love ️
