Swollen lymph nodes after a biopsy

Hi,

Has anyone had swollen nodes after a lymph node biopsy. I had one swollen node before the biopsy on Wednesday and over the weekend I can feel loads of lumps in my armpit. My arm is also a little uncomfortable- like I've slept on it. I'm phoning my consultant tomorrow but wondered if anyone had this?

    How did you get on when you got in touch with your consultant? I hope they were able to put your mind at ease about this but if there is anything playing on your mind since you spoke with them, or something you forgot to ask about, then you're welcome to get in touch with our team of cancer nurses on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m.

    Hopefully you will hear back from some of our members soon but in the meantime we're thinking of you and hope your lymph nodes get back to normal soon.

    Hi Steph, 

    My appointed McMillan nurse was away so spoke to another at the hospital. She wasn't overly concerned. However she spent more time telling me I should get my Covid booster. I don't think she liked my response! I'm two weeks into this diagnosis so a covid jab isn't on my priority list. I feel better today so hopefully it's all ok.
