I am so sorry to hear you have had all these issues since the trauma you experienced and I hope that you will meet others on the forum who have had similar complex cysts and that they will be along shortly to share their experience with you.
I can understand why you are feeling tempted to leave it but it would perhaps be a good idea first to discuss with your doctor - if you haven't done so already - what your options would be. Your doctor will be in the best position to tell you what these cysts are and to advise you on what the best ways of dealing with them would be.
