Breast cancer diagnosis

Hi all

just a note to say hi to everybody who finds themselves on this forum . 
I was diagnosed with lobular BC at the end of November 21 . Im still waiting on my MRI results which hopefully I'll get on the 13th and then will have an actual treatment plan . I must admit im finding all of this very strange . Im going between being very positive (possibly even ignoring it all ) to having the odd meltdown where everything seems lost . 
just wanted to check in and say I've been reading a lot of the posts which are really helpful and give a load of info and different experiences .

    Hi going bonkers welcome to the group. I only recently joined after being diagnosed with IDC grade 3 ER positive HER negative at the end of September last year.

    I have to say I have had an amazing amount of support and information on this site, people on here are brave and brilliant and very kind and supportive.

     

    With regard to how you are feeling I don't think you are experiencing anything different to what we have all experienced so I hope that gives you some comfort. If your anything like me you will have loads of ups and downs, you will have anxiety while waiting for the different results and procedures and that seems to be very normal when you look at peoples stories, that's another thing on this site we all seem to have in common.

    I hope you find the same support on here as I have and if there is anything I can help with please just ask

    Hi Keira 

    thank you so much for your reply . I know everybody on here would jump in and offer support to each other . It's very heartwarming even though it's a rubbish club to be in ! 
    Im not much of a talker about myself and tend to ponder life from the sidelines but always up for a chat and some banter ( I have a very dry sense of humour ) if anybody needs some respite from the daily grind
