Hello all. I have questions about reconstruction.

We got engaged in Nov 2020 & I was diagnosed in Jan 21. I had a mastectomy 2 weeks later. I've finished chemo & almost done with radiotherapy. I don't see my original consultant till March 22, when I'm hoping to discuss reconstruction on the nhs. 
However, we've now booked our wedding for April 23 & I'm worried about NHS waiting lists and my recovery time so I'm considering going private.

I have a few questions....

When you have this done on NHS what do they actually do? As in I'm worried I'll have a nice perky one and a 43 year old one next to it...

Can I ask for a bigger size with thw NHS? As in go up a cup size - or is that not an option ? 

Can anyone shed any light in possible waiting list times on the NHS?
