It's understandable that you're feeling hesitant about starting hormone therapy. I think that many women here on the forum will have had widely differing experiences with some having minimal side effects and some struggling with quite significant issues. It's worth remembering that not everyone will experience all the side effects listed and some people find that they manage better on certain brands of drugs than others. 

Have you spoken to your breast care nurse or Oncologist about your concerns? It's certainly worth talking your concerns through with someone. I'm sure they'll be happy to offer any advice, information, and support that they can.
