Breast cancer treatment all ready now smear test result

Hi I have just had a smear and says I have HPV positive they found changes in cervix borderline .

I've been referred to have a Colposcopy in June I'm all ready on abraxne chemotherapy just finished cycle four.

I am now scared I have cervical cancer aswell 

Can chemotherapy affect smear results 

Please help
