Anastrozole

Hi,I have grade 2 invasive lobular carcinoma,diagnosed March 2020.I have been on anastrozole for a few month now and am getting dreadful joint and muscle pains.The worsted being in my hands.I have been on amitriptyaline starting with one tablet ending up with taking 3.They didn't work so have been put on naproxen starting on 25mg to now taking 50mg and still not working.Can anyone going through the same thing advise what might have worked for them please.I am 65

    Many of our members who are on Anastrozole have experienced similar side effects so I'm sure some of them will be along soon to offer their thoughts and advice.
