Vaginal dryness

Hi I have been on tamoxifen for 4 years now and I am struggling with virginal dryness painful sex and itching. My gp has suggested replens which has helped but not a lot. I am also suffering from a prolapse womb.  My gp will not prescribe hormone replacement for obvious reasons. Can anyone suggest anything that will help?

    I'm very sorry about the difficulties you're having but hopefully some of our members will be along soon to offer their thoughts and advice. If you have more than one doctor at your GP surgery you could try getting their thoughts on this as well.
