Finished taking Tamoxifen after 5 years

I finished taking tamoxifen in January after 5 years, all clear after having breast cancer lumpectomy and radiotherapy.  I feel so tired exhausted all the time I have spoken to my doctor who has said that there isn't any side affects coming of tamoxifen.  
Which I don't think is correct, my hot flushes are back even worst more so at night and just the tiredness and no energy what can I do to start and make me feel better

    I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with some health problems after recently stopping Tamoxifen. I think that there are probably a few members here on the forum who will have experienced similar problems and it's understandable that you're feeling exhausted by it all. 

    You mention that you've already spoken with your GP but I wonder if you might want to have a chat with one of our team of nurses. They may be able to offer you some advice and support. If you'd like to talk with them they're available Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm on 0808 800 4040.
