Hii :))
Yesterday (Monday 8th Feb) I had my last planned chemotherapy after having a session every two weeks for 6 months, and I had my picc line removed !! I'm so happy I've managed to get through it all, although I still have my worries. I mentioned on a previous post that I have small lumps, but my specialist nurse gave me a little check over and said they're highly nothing to worry about, perhaps just some fluid build up or fat balls from being on steroids the past few sessions for sickness.
I'll get my date for my follow up scan in March some time soon and I'm very nervous, but overall i'm so relieved I've gotten though it. I did get a clear scan in October, after being diagnosed with stage two hodgkins lymphoma (the difference from my august scan to my october scan was terrifyingly amazing, I was more in to looking at my own body never mind the lumps haha!)
I have faith in my body to remain all clear even if I do worry a little.
I'm just excited to have a good long hot shower after struggling to do so with my picc line !!
