Son having headaches after treatment for ACC, is this normal

My son had surgery for adenoid cystic carcinoma of the lacrimal gland last year and 30 sessions of radiotherapy. Both his subsequent scans were clear but he still has a constant headache. Is this normal? They cut a nerve above the eye and the pain is there 

  • Welcome to Cancer Chat Njl although I'm sorry about the pain your son has been having since finishing his treatment.

    If he hasn't done so already, do encourage him to get in touch with his GP or medical team as they'll be in the best position to help and hopefully resolve this issue.
