Tamoxifen and fatigue/breathlessness

Hi All

Ive had breast cancer this year and started taking tamoxifen in September. I am so very tired and I get out of breath after small tasks. Is this a tamoxifen side effect? 
 

ive plenty other side effects but this is the most disturbing.
