Tamoxifen v Novaldex

Why does Britain not use the Novaldex brand of Tamoxifen?

I friend of mine told me you can buy it over the counter in Europe and it is so much better.

My friend gave me some to try and my night sweats have improved dramatically.

Please let me know if you know any reason why I shouldn't continue to try and get more.

If your doctor is not aware that you are using this do be sure to let them know as soon as you can as it can be dangerous to take medications that have not been licensed or prescribed by a medical professional in this country.
