Does anyone have amy tips or strategies to cope with this which has worsened recently: it has become a real problem in getting to sleep and when waking up in sleepp, also throughout the day on and off. I can fend it off (a bit) by clasping my hands together, fingers interlinked and swizzling them to left the right, etc., and repeating with the fingers interlaced the other way. But I cannot fully lose the tingling. Any ideas? or other suggestiosn? Or feedback if you find these ideas useful. Hx
