I'm sorry to hear that you're still struggling with some problems after your treatment has finished. I'm unsure if we've any members here who have been through this but hopefully if there are they will post to share their experiences with you. 

Have you spoken to your team about the problems? I know that you would prefer to not use prescribed medication if possible but it's still worth speaking to them as they may be able to recommend other treatments or something that can be used short-term to try and help.
