Coming off Tamoxifen side effects after 10 years

Hi

im due to come off Tamoxifen in April 2021 after 10 years.  I'm 43 and wondered if any women of a similar age have had any experience with side effects when they stopped?  I guess I'm wondering if being pre or post menopausal makes any difference? 
 

Does anyone know if slowly reducing is better than stopping altogether?

    Hi well done for coming to the end of Tamoxifen . Can I ask you what I if any side effects you experienced? I'm not taking them every day, not sure I can deal with the side effects for the next 10 years

    Hi, I'm one of the lucky ones and haven't had many side effects.  Some flushing and very intermittent periods.  I can be tired but I have a mentally demanding job so it's more likely to be that. 
     

    Thankfully taking tamoxifen hasn't impacted me negatively really and any side effects where short lived and mainly at the beginning. Apart from the missing periods that still continues.  
     

    Hope you manage to find something that suits you better.
