Following surgery 6 weeks ago for a malignant melanoma on my lower leg which also included a sentinel lymph node removal, I have experienced a lot of leaking of exudate from the WLE and had the wound dressed every day. I am sitting with my legs up as much as possible but am struggling to raise my leg too high as it causes back problems. My foot on the affected leg is definitely puffy in comparison to the other foot and is also quite painful. Any ideas to help or am I expecting too much too soon?
