letrozole side effects

has anyone got any tips on combatting tiredness from taking letrozole.

I am 72, and felt reasonably fit before, playing golf regularly. Now I’m struggling to play, through tiredness and aches and pains in knees back and neck.

im just wondering if anyone has found a herbal remedy for tiredness.

i had a mastectomy in 1994 and was put on tamoxifen then and had only night sweats as side effects.

but after having breast cancer again, and a lumpectomy I was put on letrozol and really suffering with fatigue.

Any ideas?

    If you use the 'search forum' option in the blue bar above you'll find many of our members have experienced similar side effects whilst on letrozole so don't be afraid of saying hello as our community are very supportive and will do what they can to help.

    In the meantime I'm just going to tag the lovely [@Jolamine]‍ in this post as she has also had breast cancer twice and was on letrozole for 7 years so will hopefully be able to give you some pointers but if you're finding that these side effects are really impacting on your day-to-day life do be sure to let your doctor know as there may be other options or alternatives available to you.
