I started tamoxifen in June and Zoladex on the 4th August. I am 34 years old. I have started having palpitations and headaches, on top of the hot flashes, fatigue, foggy memory, dryness and insomnia this week. I am thinking of stopping zoladex even though it's the first month. I am sad about it because I wanted to try every option out there to prevent a recurrence but  I am struggling with the side effects and I am so miserable. Is anyone on these two drugs and how are you getting on with them, also I would be grateful if you could share any tips to cope with the insomnia, hot flashes, etc.
