Diagnosed with cancer in a Tonsils, and abnormalities up in lymphodes 1 about 3cm. Main treatment starting in few weeks. Just had a few dizzy turns on Thursday morning and Night, then following Morning. GP not 100% sure, gave me some Tablets which are helping, although still feel a little fragile, although not making sudden movements, but definitely feel more fragile when lying down.

not sure if related to the cancer or even the swollen lymphnode? 
 

not normally an anxious person, but suppose i would not be not be normal, if I was not a little apprehensive about upcoming treatment.
