You're definitely not alone with it. 

I cry so regularly that it feels like my boyfriend expects me to cry or he is just waiting on me crying. 

I cry every few days because of something. Lol. I felt like I was losing my mind at points. 

But I am not. We have been through a lot. And we thought we'd gotten to the end of it all and then these side effects hit. And there is just not enough energy for more ***. 

But we will get there. We are through the worst. We just need to find that last bit of energy deep inside to persevere until we find the right preventative to take. Then all will be good. 

I know we will get there. It is okay if we have moments where it feels like it is too much. We are human. It doesn't mean that we are not winning the battle.
