Hi I have recently finished tamoxifen after 10 years for breastcancer.. since finishing it my hair has stopped growing and is snapping off.. The texture of it has turned to straw.. Has anyone else had this..
I am currently on tamoxifen and have been for 4 years now. Not sure how long I'll be on it for. My problem is that whilst I'm on it my hair is fine with bald spots. I've been told it'll go back to normal when I finish tamoxifen. I have just started to leave my wig off and try to conceal bald areas. Sorry to learn your problem is now you've finished tamoxifen
I use watermans shampoo and conditioner which seems to be thickening it up a bit. Also I use regain each night.
