Hi,  I am 11 weeks post-op after lumpectomy and sentinel lymph node removal.  Sorry to hear  of your discomfort, I remember the same pains when walking, took me until 7th week after op to be able to walk with arm swinging without pain. The way I got round it for the first few weeks was to wear a bodywarmer and keep my hand in the pocket when walking. It was great support and eased the vibrations and also allowed me to keep cool while walking and exercising.  Try not to put pressure on yourself, two weeks is still very early and you need to let yourself heal and be kind to yourself.
