Manda3289. I also had breast cancer in 2016, I have the same question as you. I also have high blood pressure, had all lympnodes removed in right arm and got secondary lymphedema. I take letrozole and yearly infusion of Zoledronic Acid, for bones.
I never thought about the other things, I also now have high blood pressure and take tablets for since finishing treatment. It's a very worrying time take care and look after your self
