I think as each case is so different and as medical backgrounds and underlying health conditions will inevitably vary from one person to another, the best thing to do would be to give your GP a call and simply ask whether this person would fall in the 'vulnerable' category. Make sure you give all the details about this person's medical history and other possible health conditions.
