Hi

i was wondering about weight gaining during Maintenance Therapy. Is it normal and does doing sports help?

I had (ALL) T cell. my medicens are:

Once every 3 mouths

methotrexate (MTX), IT

prednisone (PRED), by mouth

vincristine (VCR), intravenous (IV)

Once a week: mercaptopurine (6-MP), by mouth

daily: methotrexate (MTX), by mouth

The best people to speak to about managing any weight gain you may be experiencing as a result of your treatment would be those responsible for your care. They will have a full picture of your situation and be able to help with any appropriate advice about diet and exercise.
