Well I am home again, my Hospital stay turned into 3 weeks due to getting some infections which made my stay not to great to say the least. The operation went well but due to the infections I could not eat for around 10 days and lost 2 stone in weight. I have now been home for 3 weeks and every day I feel a little better, no more constant trips to the toilet no getting up in the night.It's all going to take time getting used to the bag and it will take around 4/6 months before I am back to my full weight and fitness. I was looked after very well in Hospital but it's great to be home.
