Small Fits/seizures after brain surgery?

Hi all

I am just recovering from grade 2/3 tumour on my brain. I was told from the MRI it looked like cancer.  It’s turns out it was not but a false reading due to the dye used...I had 12 hour awake brain surgery. ( Don't worry guys it's painless and probably the easiest part of the bad situation ) Well the following 48hrs I had 23 seizures. I had never had one before but I was in safe hands. I'm now on 2000mg kepra twice a day and 300mg Phenytoin once a day. I lost my speech, my right arm and leg. I never gave up and after 2 weeks I had got my speech and arm back. 3 months later I still can't walk due to the area the tumour was removed, I am still in rehab and doing ok.......My question is whenever I am not active for around 30/40 mins and I place my foot on the ground it starts a small fit/seizure off, starting at my foot, up my leg into my arms then my brain. It only last around 30/60 seconds but quite dangerous if I am training with my walking poles or in Physio. None of the experts can work it out. If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful....Thank you and god bless you all... Gav x
