Skin problems on neck

Hi

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017 and after having a lumpectomy and then 15 sessions of radiotherapy I have been clear for two years.  I am taking tamoxifen for 5 years but have developed a red angry rash on my neck which feels like sunburn.  Just wondered if anyone else has suffered problems with their skin whilst on tamoxifen?

    Hi Takeaway

    Tamoxifen is the drug that just keeps on giving. I was on it for 9 months and came out in acne on my face, neck and chest. I am now on anastrozole and acne is gone but have rashes on my shoulders and nose. I did get acne cream from my doctors but it made no difference to my skin, perhaps your rash will eventually go away otherwise if its really bothersome have your GP look at it.
