I just wanted to reassure you that you are not alone; many on our forum will have encountered similar issues with their hair after chemotherapy and I hope that they will come and share their experience and that they will have some good tips for you based on their personal experience. 

We have some detailed information on our website on hair loss, hair thinning and cancer drugs which you can read on this page . It does mention that you should speak to your doctor if you are worried about long term effects of chemotherapy on your hair. Your doctor will be able to give you some good suggestions I am sure.
