We are sat with mum, terminal cancer has spread throughout. A rapid decline over the past week, mum has drifted into an unconscious state. No talking, nothing. Relatives have been and said they're Good byes. Mums breathing is laboured, no movements but clammy and motionless. Her hands are grey/purple and her facial skin has a waxy appearance. What happens now?
We have 3 family dogs, 2 won't enter the room.
Everything is quiet, all calm.
