It may not seem like it right now, but things will start to improve Rosie.

Hello & thankyou for your reply. Here I sit like the "couch potato" I have become after another night spent mostly on the loo. I shall look forward to hearing that it definitely will get better as I'm reluctant to even pop to the shops , luckily I have a good husband, but even he must be getting weary of this!
