I had breast cancer nearly nine years ago and had a lumpectomy followed by radiation. I am still on Tamoxifen but lately have had quite a lot of pain in my scar tissue. Have been to th GP who has made an appointment with the breast clinic for 13th Nov. I just terrified that this may be a recurrence although GP was quite reassuring and said she couldn't feel anything. She also said it is quite rare for breast cancer to present with pain. Can anyone help to reassure  me so I can at least sleep? Many thanks.
