Today I attended day one of a three day workshop lead by Breast Cancer Care. The workshops are covering Lymphodema, menopause, body awareness and many more. So much valid and relevant information. Best of all, sharing and confirming experiences of treatments, expected reactions and side effects. As on here it brought together ladies who I am sure will become a great support to each other.
