I am sorry to hear about the side effects you have been suffering with letrozole. We have detailed information about these here. It might be worth talking to your medical team and asking them for tips on how to alleviate these side effects.

Persevere if you can. I'm on letrozole and had some side effects and still do especially the hot flushes and not coping with heat but they don't seem to be worse and I have learned to live with them.
I have been on letrozole for two years,this will be my third year,I get night sweats, amd memory not so good at times. get very tired, but I will stay on it as it keeps us safe. Mine was a low grade breast cancer, they got it all, no chemo or radium, so am thankfull
