today me and my partner had the devastating news that his sperm count is 0. We are both heart broken. He had a bone marrow transplant, total body irradiation, chemo ect. Cancer was picked up from the age of 2. So no chance of sperm banking ect.
Has anyone been through this ? Any success stories. ? Is this the end of the road ? Any treatments that can bring fertility back even at the slightest?! My heart is absolutely breaking for him. I don't no what to say or anything.. it took so so much to get him to be tested that I almost feel like I'm the one to blame that he's going through this
