It took me a couple of months to regain my energy levels back up, just remember the chemo and radiation does destroy your body although it's doing its job it also has that downfall. I'm on taxmofine now and after doing a lot of research on a special diet which boosts your immune system and helps your cells I'm feeling pretty good and would say I almost feel normal again. Know your limits don't push yourself to hard and still rest when your tired. I hope you start to feel better soon x
thanks kirsty im just feelin sorry for myself some days i feel really good an then i get few bad days so im up an down like a yo yo i too am trying to eat a good diet an have started walking again not far but its a start xo
My treatment finished 2/11/15 after Breast cancer and I still feel tired. Have started small walks which is building up my stamina but at times find it an effort to walk upstairs .
I had a lumpectomy and still have a lot of fluid around scar and pain
