I had my last radio therapy treatment a week ago. Physically I feel not too bad ... tired and a bit sore. I just feel a bit lost ... I have friends and family around but I do miss the support of the staff and fellow patients.
Welcome to this friendly forum. Missing the support of the staff and fellow patients is quite a natural reaction. I too felt just the same as I met some wonderful people while having my 37 radiotherapy treatments for prostate cancer. Plus the staff were fantastic and just like with he patients I had many a laugh with them. Some people do feel a bit lost for a while for you have been through a very hectic time while undergoing ttreatment and now, suddenly this has ended and you have nothing much to do by comparison.

Thank you Brian ... its good to know other folk are having the same feelings. Travelling the 40 odd miles for treatment everyday became a way of life!! Like you the waiting room became a very friendly and comfortable place to be.
