post surgery and post chemo recovery

How long is it until you feel that you have some real energy ,I have started to pick up to my former self ,modified exercise walking about more ,but at the end of the day I feel wacked .I am about to go back to work in a couple of weeks and I have no idea how it will go for me .I had lung surgery in March followed by mop up chemo last dose was 28th July.Is this a normal for post treatment situation.

I still have a few side effects such as numb feet ,twitchy wound from nerve damage and also raging hot flushes induced by chemo another visit to the menuopause,so this disturbs my night sleep .Does it get better will I ever sleep all night and manage my days as I did with out feeling wiped out all the time ?

Just ranting on a bit and I am relieved to still be here and grateful for all that has been done for me ,it just takes a while I suppose to get used to the new modified me .
