Womens personal problem down below

Hi bit embarrased really but im on holiday and finished chemo in may now on letrozole getting intimate with hubby and got blood below i am bit worried as abroad at the moment sorry to ask this private question but has it happened to anyone else without being weird in anyway

I think if you read the side effects of letrozole, vaginal bleeding is amongst them. Possibly the chemotherapy will also have caused thinning and dryness which won't help either. Personally I would see the GP or oncologist when you return home and inform them - meanwhile enjoy the rest of your holiday, use a lubricant and go gently xxx

I am a guy and a similar problem. Very sore down there and have a few drops of blood on my underwear which makes them stick to me...trying commando for awhile to see if it helps
