Letrazole

Hi, I have been on letrazole for just over a year following lumpectomy and axillary node clearance. I seemed to be coping ok with the medication but just lately I have a lot of aches and pains in joints, bones and muscles. Could this be side affects from the letrozole?

I have been on arimadex, then tamoxifen and have now been on Letrazole for a year and all of these have given me joint and muscle pain. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year and have seen a physio and am doing exercises to improve my muscle tone to help support my ligaments which hopefully will ease the pain. Not sure whether I will still have it and I am fighting a losing battle but one has to try.

I have just started on Letrazole two weeks ago and I noticed on the leafket it said one of the side effects was osteoarthritis.
