   Our practice as changed so much but today I saw a new member and he was great checked my blood pressure all OK  I have to have some blood test`s this week he is looking at Crohns I have a history ,and fixing a scan ASAP not been to well over the last few weeks lots of pain but I dont think it is cancer .I am 81 and have a  great life,walk RIA my jack russell and she keeps me fit .I eat well and cook most of my meals myself I like cooking I was a butcher most of my life .

    All the very best to you and your family George and hope you enjoy a peaceful New Year. Hope the hospital appointment comes through soon for you so that you can put another tick in the box and they can perhaps sort our your levels with some treatment. You are doing well with exercising both yourself and pal Ria and hope the rain stays away so you can continue to enjoy your walks. I am back at work now and planning a quiet New Year after a pretty busy Christmas. Hope you enjoyed a tipple or two. Best regards Jules x

       Hi Jules and you all out there all the very best for 2016 .not had a bad day here in cheshire a bit of rain had two good  walks with RIA did  a fantastic stew for lunch with lamb from our local butchers and had a great salad for tea .I like to cook spent 30 years in the meat trade (master butcher ).Still no mail from hospital need help ,still in pain but just get on with life .regards george xx

    Very best wishes for 2016.  Great to read that Ria and you are still out walking.  Our weather has meant putting on the wellies the last couple of days but like you, does not stop me getting about.

    Hope now that the festive holidays are out of the way you will soon get an appointment through for the hospital and think you  have been waiting too long to get your pain treated.  Sending hugs.  Jules x

    Hi George,

    Hope you have now had a letter from the hospital. Before I left school, I used to have a Saturday job delivering meat. Dont eat it myself as I am a vegetarian. I hope you and you Ria have been getting o. ut and about.

    Hope your doc can help a bit more with your problems and get  you more comfortable, it must be very tiring for you. Ria is a little star and still keeping her master company; such faithful friends to each other. Take care and sending hugs  Jules x

    Hi George just read what you had to say and your some man. So nice the dog keeps you in shape and gets you out and you can make your own meals my husband could never cook for the life of him and he passed away 4 years ago and i got great news today as i am  in remission from liver cancer 73 year old bird like me utterly surprised. Hope your feeling a bit better sorry your in pain but like you said we just need to get on with life -Hugs Diane xx
