Hi Pal thanks for your post ,cancerwise ok ,but problems in the colon waiting for a app next thursday with GP will know better then in pain pills no good bowells up the wall ,but big worrey is in the joints lots of pain in the arms and legs ,could be just old age (82).Take care regards george lol

   Hi All ,Been a great day had two walks with RIA plenty of sun and very warm,did about three hours on the gardens ,I have no trees but lots around us leaves all over the place .As I have said before at the GPs thursday hope to get the blood results and have a talk about the bones and joint pain still there.But I will not sit down and feel sorry I must do what I enjoy best RIA and the Garden ,got the car to wax tuesday that will take an hour or two,but I enjoy doing it ,and it keeps the damp and frost in control. Regards to all and it may be early but have a great christmas enjoy.george .xx

You certainly do keep active. Makes me feel ashamed ha ha. Glad you have enjoyed your walks with Ria and like us had the sun. Like you I dont have any trees in the back garden as it is only very small but we do have a very large oak tree nearby which shares its leaves with everyone round here. I even get then in my garage along with all my sawdust ha ha.  You are welcome to come and wax my car afterwards George. You have a lovely attitude. I hope you get good results on Thursday.

So good to hear you have had a good day. It's really mild here on the east coast albeit a bit windy. Hubby and I have been out with Alfie twice today too and it was lovely to walk in the fresh air on the fields. We have a big hedgehog living in our garden and saw a baby one as well last night. Also 3 frogs sitting on the pond tonight. Goes to show how good the weather has been because they would normally hibernating - or have I got that wrong?
