It's really nice of you and very thoughtful to want to donate those 48 packs of Fresubin Mango so that they do not go to waste. Unfortunately it is not possible to donate these via our Cancer Chat platform but as these items were given on prescription it might be an idea to speak to your local pharmacist. It's possible that they may be able to take them back from you or they might be able to point you in the right direction or let you know whether there are local community groups in your area you might be able to donate them to.
I have also found a Cancer Chat thread from a few years ago on the subject of unused Fresubin drinks and you could read there some of the suggestions that other members of our community made to J4 who also wanted to give them away at the time.
