Has your Consultant or specialist nurse said why the injections have ended? It's difficult for us to say what may happen next, so I'd really encourage you to give your specialist cancer nurse a call, or if you have an appointment with the hospital team arranged, then you can also talk with them. It's important that you know why the injections have stopped and what the next steps are regarding monitoring your health. Hopefully, they will be able to give you some answers and reassurance.
