I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with a common side effect of letrazole. Hopefully, some of the members who have experience with this issue will reply to share their tips and advice for coping. 

I do know from some of the posts I've read here over the years that some women find that their symptoms are worse/better with different brands of medication so it may be worth asking your pharmacist if there is a different brand they can dispense if you've been taking the same one for a while. 

Do talk with your breast care team as well about the symptoms that you're having. Hopefully, they will be able to give some advice and support to help. If you would prefer to talk things through with one of our nurses, you're welcome to call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

I take tamoxifen and my bones used to hurt so bad I’m 3 years on then 

I started taking high strength omega 3 about 6 months ago I don’t have any pain at all now since taking these xx
