Moving on - I get told this all the time.

im 4 years cancer free from a right hemicolectomy stage 3 and now my follow up scans have ended.

I suffered from scanxiety so much and looked forward to this day.   Now I’m worried that cancer will come back and won’t be picked up.  I actually feel more anxious now.  Not all the time I do get on with my life and enjoy things and glad to be able to do stuff I enjoy.

BUT it’s always there. I don’t think it ever leaves you but you can have a good life, it’s just getting your mind settled - not easy.  Keep healthy everyone.
